FREE FLOW MASSAGE
The Free – Flow massage is a freestyle massage that combines the best of the Lomi and Esalen massage. It uses less oil then the traditional Lomi und gives thus more stability for additional stretches.
The Free – Flow massage is aimed to bring you in a deep state of relaxation and mental flow. Body and mind can float, travel in sensations of warmth and fluidity. Usually it is performed in a very slow rhythm that enhances it’s effortless and floating qualities. Moments of silence as well as motionless integration are alternated with massage movements and rocking elements. Depending on your needs and your level of experience we will adapt the elements to create an optimal session.
